What are the different styles of hoods that have been used on 240s across the entire model line?

Off-hand, I know of the "traditional" style, like on my car, that is not flat. It's got the slightly raised part in the middle.

Also, I've heard of and seen a few pictures of a (European?) flat hood style. As far as I can tell, it's a normal hood that only doesn't have the raised part in the middle.

Are there any other types? Also, are they all interchangable, or do you have to do major modifications to, for example, change out a hood on a later-model (1989) car with a flat hood?
