how do i replace fuel injector 0-rings B230F LH 2.2 Jetronic System 200 1985

can anyone please tell me exactly what i need to do to replace the fuel injector o-rings on my 1985 240 DL B230F engine, LH 2.2 Jetronic System. how do i get the injectors off etc.... any help would be greatly appreciated.
