4.10 Limited Slip? 1800

I have a 65S that has an axle problem incurred during a break rebuild. I will have the rear end rebuilt at the same time I replace the axle. Currently plan on a 4.10 ratio and am thinking about adding limited slip. Is there any downside to the limited slip. The car is used as a daily driver. When and if the B18 gives up I will put a built B20 in it. Any and all comments on the axle ratio (should I get longer legs 3.90?) or desirability of limited slip would be appreciated.
