Signs I Need a Wiring Harness 200

I have a 240 wagon (1991) with 135,000 miles. Lately the radio sound quality is intermidantly bad and the head lights cut out for a second or two once in a while. Are these signs that my wiring harness needs to be replaced? Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
