are 240 turbo sway bars thicker than non-turbo

I saw a 54 240 turbo in the junk yard today.The front sway bar looked thicker than the one on my 85 240.what is the truth of this matter and if they are thicker ,is the rear also thicker ?should I grab them? thanks in advance, and thanks for all the help I have received thus far....Kris
