Need a new radiator for the 1985 245Ti 200 1985

Hey weasels - long time, no post. Where are the lifers? New crew, any good?

Looks like I'm going to give up on the stupid 5+ year old Nissens radiator.
Basically it was a factory defective soon after warranty, a radiator that didn't get any better with Dexcool (factor?), age (should last 10+ years), and my solder jobs (not too bad if I say so myself, but now fin tube issues).

It's been awhile since new rad shopping. Looks like FCPGroton offers:

1) the 3 row Nissens $175 (has this POS been improved?)
2) aluminum version from NISSENS..... $150(Aluminum is not a bad thing, but
Nissens -yikes?)
3) Rad-Tech $135 (what is this brand? any good? Is this the
Malaysian/Thai/SEA one?))

Please comment on the +/-'s of each. Keep in mind:

a) The 245Ti has an electric fan (puller). How about attachment vs. Nissens?
It was extremely easy to attach the fan to the Nissens (nice feature). Two
clean holes in the rail of the upper and two in the lower stiffener rails.
The fan is a Mr. Gasket, Jegs purchased import fan - don't laugh the thing
works great despite the POS Nissens radiator.

b) Thermal switch for the factory pusher AC fan? One really nice feature of
the Nissens 3-row is the thread in switch. What do 2 and 3 offer?

Any other options? All non-abusive input welcome.

Thanks,

Paul S.
