No fluid coming out of my rear caliper 200

I was bleeding my brakes with Motiv pressure bleeder. I can't get any fluid to come out of the bleeder screw on the rear left caliper. I have take the bleeder screw all the way out and nothing. All other calipers are fine, I was able to drain some pretty dark fluid out.

Any hints?
