noise from rear, possible sway bar problem? 200

On my '89 240 sw there is a slight bumping noise from the rear sometimes when I am turning . Also I will sometimes hear a faint clunk when the car is swaying. There are no other problems with the suspension . Is this a possible
sway bar bushing problem? If so are they difficult to replace?
