Leather seats 200 1990

I have a 90 two series sedan. The seats, especially the drivers seat is starting to crumble underneath. The seat are cloth and I was thinking about changing to leather. What years are the seats interchangeable? Do the leather seats also decay? Does anyone know of dark blue leather seats for sale? What could I expect to pay for ones in good condition?
