Bricksters,

I pulled this 'black box", it's a Bosch "Leerlaufregler", 24V/4Zyl, part#0 280 220 005. It also has orange and blue color spots.

I didn't pay anything for it and can't find out what it is. How can one find out what certain part numbers are? I've tried the Parts Bin and that seems touch and go. Any other resources where you can punch in part numbers and get a match?
