My 1990 240 runs really rough for about 30 seconds from a cold start. LIke it is on three cylinders. There is also some blue smoke only while it is running rough. After less than a minute it smooths out and there is no more smoke.

1990 240- 245K- Original Owner-M-47, VX cam, IPD sprt springs, bilstiens, spt exh, euro lamps-turbo whls,- still slow but handles well- Near Houston
