90 240 stopped by rain 200

my 90 240 stop Tuesday,then it rained now no go, cranks almost fired(once), I checked around wet battery, am now recharging battery, Is the system sensitive to low charge? there seemsed to be a lot of rain water around the battery and the right fender well. Have had the car for 5 year, never had this problem before. Oh yeh the fuel pump relay was replaces,it clickes.
