To Buy or Not to Buy- 1998 V70 Wagon

I am a dedicated 240 Wagon Driver. My current 1989 240 DL Wagon has 150000+ miles and is still going strong, but is needing a lot of repairs lately. I have an opportunity to buy a 1998 v70 wagon with 73,000 miles on it at a good price. Does anyone have any insight into the reliabilty of this year and Model? Anything to beware of with this Model?

The dealer is really reliable, and says the car is in great shape. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
