Strange Noise - Sounds like grass whistle 700 1990

Anyone else have this problem? At highway speed (above 65 or so) I hear a noise that sounds like when you hold a blade of grass between your thumbs and blow on it to make a whistle. Sort of a combination between a whistle and a buzz. Seems to be coming from the heating/defrosting vents at the base of the windshield. Any thoughts? Thanks.
