262c bertone speaker options..... [calling all bertone owners] 200

doesn't seem like there is much space for bertone speakers in the front door panel. (folks with 240 volvo please don't tell me i have many options.. it's a bertone thing)..... has anyone put a 6.5" speaker or similar on the bottom of the door panel? like fabricated a spacer for such a thing? i'm asking because i'm installing bertone door panels and seats in my '81 242t.
