Got it back. Now with 1-2-3 code/ck-engine light. No start when cold. ECT? 700 1992

The 745T has a wonderful used engine installed and goes quicker than ever. I got in it this morning...and no start. FINALLY got it started and get and error code of 1-2-3. So, went to my mechanics shop and got one out of a used engine with a thrown rod. Replaced it and it starts a little better when cold, but even after clearing the computer I get an error reading.

Do I just need to get a NEW ECT or could something else be the matter? I'm actually thinking about keeping it now...removing the thick sway bar in back (it rides like a TRUCK on these Dallas streets), tinting the windows and removing the roof rack. It should look a LITTLE less surburban family...
