instrument dash issues! 700

What ever I did I messed it up good this time! I've got 4 700 series bricks and haven't asked for any help yet. The one that I'm having a brainfart with is my 87 740 wagon turbo. The high beam indicator bulb was burnt out and since a friendly office took the time to pull me over coming from a Christmas Part a while back for not switching to my low beams, I figured it was probably a good idea to fix it before the next officer may not be so understanding.I had a little problem getting the turbo booster gauge vacuum line undone but once I did I was easly able to get the instrument cluster out and change the bulb which corrected the problem. Upon putting it back I noticed that the temp, fuel, tach, and speedometer gauges weren't working. I figured that I may have burnt a fuse out so I tested all of the and found that a 25 amp (fuse 5 or 7, it's kinda of a blur now) was indeed out, which may have been burnt out all along. Anyway I replace it to now avail. Now when I start the car my overdrive lite comes on and when it's on the temp gauge, speedometer, and tach kinda 1/2 works but no gas or volt gauge. As soon as I hit the overdrive switch off nothing works again.I've re-removed the cluster and tightened up all the ground screws which had no effect. Now, I wish I would have left well enough alone. Any suggestions woyuld be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
