Switched power, on during crank...? 200

I'm working on a little project for my 240 and I need a good switched line that I can tie a relay into. The problem is that I need it to continue to provide power during crank. The powers required is almost nothing - 600mA at 12v (I forgot the min voltage, couldnt be that high though)
I'm not completely sure, but I think that some of the dummy lights on the dash kept power durning crank. (I'll have to check, too late now...even though they would be useless)
