Anyone know the makeup of a brake rear proportioning valve? 200 1986

As my brake saga continues, I'm led to believe that something is seriously messed up with my rear proportioning valves. I know this is ultra rare, but another guy seems to be going through the same thing right now. Believe me, I've checked the whole system. Anyways, has anyone ever taken one of these valves apart? What could possibly break inside? are they repairable? Does anyone in the Southwestern Ontario area have a parts car they could take them off of and send to me quick? Thanks a bunch yet again....

oh, Trev29, I was in Brampton last night at Andrew's house, but I didn't get there till late and left early this morning, so I didn't have time to come say hello...sorry...
