fuse works, the equipment that uses it doesn't 700

First off, I have a 1988 740 Turbo(Manual).

I have had some electrical components break in the last few months, first my Cruise Control stopped working, then(or maybe at the same time) my reverse lights stopped working, and now my OD barely works, only after pressing the button about 10x does it kick in.

Looking at my fuses, I realized that fuse #12 controls all three of those plus my ABS, which I have never tested to see whether it worked or not. The strange thing is, you'd think that all those components failing at almost the same time would be a problem with the fuse, but I checked and replaced the fuse with no luck. What else could it be?

Thanks!
