Greetings,

My '88 240DL clunks when shifting from 1st to 2nd gears (auto tranny). I recently replaced all bushings and suspect a bad u-joint. The u-joints are original, so I've got my moneys worth.

I will probably replace all three u-joints and center bearing at the same time. Anyone have other ideas??
