Euro turn signal lenses 200 1989

My parents finally realized that the cheap plastic lens (probably original) for my turn signal could use replacing (it's cracked and water gets in easily). I'd like to take this opportunity to replace the American lenses with those of the style on Dave Shannon's and Erling's sedans.

1. Is there anything more to installation than unscrewing the screws, replacing the lens, and screwing it back on?
In other words, are there any "hidden" tricks to changing the lens? Do I need to get new bulbs (I'm not sure how the yellow/orange bottom half would affect what color/watt bulbs are needed)? Currently, it looks like a literally five minute job for both.

2. Where can I find these lenses?
I'm planning on ordering them somewhere online. The only site that I can find that has the lenses in this style is Bram's 240 Euro lighting. Does anyone have links to any other sites? I'd really like to get the half-and-half Euro style, but if you have a site bookmarked that sells cool turn signal lenses in a different style, I'd like to check it out.

3. Where can I buy them in USD?
Although there's no apparent reason not to use the Bram's site above, my parents are always reluctant to buy stuff, especially online, with only my recommendation. Seeing prices in Euros would almost certainly make them say, "No, we're getting them from the local mechanic." I don't want that. I guess this kind of goes with the above question, but if you have links to sites that list in American dollars, that would be awesome.

Thanks for all of your help. I'll be very eager to post pics if I get the new lenses.
