About Castrol engine oil -- regular, synthec blend, sythetic, high mileage ? 200 1989

I have used the regular Castrol 10W30 in my engine.

I also see

-- same but for high mileage cars (they say there are some additives for older engines)

-- Synthec, a blend of regular with some synthetic oil

-- Synthetic, 100%

Besides the price being in between, mid-range, is the high mileage oil any good ? What about the synthetic blend ? Any advantages using these two types of oils rather than regular or 100% synthetic beyond pricing?
