Instrument Panel Lighting and headlight switch, trim parts - '95 964 900

Started up the car tonight and turned the headlights on. Instrument panel lights came on for split second and then were gone. I suspect a fuse has gone and looking at the manual believe it is Relay/Fuse Box B, Fuse 13. Too late tonight to go check for sure. Also suggests Fuse 8, Box C, but since my power seats are working this must be for another model?? Any electric experts that might confirm this diagnosis. All other electric components seem to be working other then the instrument panel lights....

Also since this is a Canadian market model the headlights are on for day running as well. The American models of the same vintage do not have this feature. If I was lucky enough to find an American headlight switch, could I delete this feature?? The owners manual suggests that since this switch is adjustable to regular or daytime mode, this might be possible.

Is there a source of used parts close to Manitoba Canada that I might check out for a speaker grill, speaker, front grill and some other minor odds and ends??

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Scott
