Timing Belt Marks on Camshaft 200 1989

I checked out the FAQs and my particular brick, an 1989/240/B230F non-turbo. My timing mark on the camshaft and the timing belt cover housing both appear at the 11 O'Clock position, not the 1 O'Clock position as is indicated in the FAQs. What's that about?
