740 Turbo misfire after replacing the distributor. 700 1985

Hey all, just had to replace the sensor on the distributor and opted to replace both the sensor and the distributor body. Now I have the distributor back on, the plug wires in the right order, the timing set to 12deg. at idle, etc, but the car still misfires and I'm not sure why. If the engine is cold, it runs fine... but once it has been running for a few minutes, it will start misfiring randomly, but mostly at lower RPMs...

Any ideas?
