Well I found that the AMM on my 86 does not meet spec in the Bentley book. The resistance across the 2 and 3 terminals is only 3.1 not 3.5-4.5 ohms and the resistance across 2 and 6 is 0 and no response from the adjustment screw. Car does run, but still seems very rich. Im a bit concerned that driving this way will wash down the cylinders and create new problems- like oil consumptions. Need direction-- Should I keep testing other components or stop and just replace this?? Thanks for any help.
