E-Code Headlamps and Wipers 700 1991

I am looking for E-Code headlamps and wipers (wiper motor, trim piece with hole, wiper arm, and blade) for the headlamps. I could find a site but they only had the lamps for a 740 with fogs, I do not have fogs on my car. If any one could help I’d appreciate it.

Also is it possible for wipers to be put on the US 740 headlamps, i saw a place selling the trim with the hole, but no wiper motor, blades, and arm.
