'93 940 B230F - Rex Regina

Crank pulley seems to wobble, but I have it on as square as I can manage. Can this really happen? Seems kind of out of round almost.

Can I drive like this? Will the belts come off soon?

Do all crank pulleys have harmonic balancers? My pulley seems to be one piece.
