I had a problem with a directional light always on coupled with a newly installed tach not working with the lights turned on. Prior to the tach install, the clock didn't function either. I swapped the dash cluster for another, swapped out the speedo, and it all works very well. not sure if anyone has had the same problem, but if so, maybe this will help.
