which coil, what kind of plugs? 444-544

I'm working on my B-18 powered 1967 Duett. I am doing some minor engine mods and am looking for advice. Basic B-18A in original (good) condition. Following mods:
New C-grind cam
Complete head rebuild with hardened seats for lead-free gas
Rebuilt dual SU's
Bosch electronic ignition (taken from ?year B-20)

Questions - What coil do I need to use with this? Which spark plugs would give the best performance? I'd prefer Bosch brand for both.
