Front brake noise 700

Looking for some help tracking down front end noise. It sounds like somethings loose and rattling whenever I drive over bumps. So far it seems to be brake related in that if I apply slight pressure to the pedal while driving over bumps the noise is much, much quieter.

This weekend I removed the brake pads, which only have about 3,000 miles on them, and checked the brake assembly. All seems good. I re-installed them applying an anti-squeal gel hoping the pads were loose in the caliper. No good. It still rattles. I also checked other areas of the front end but am unable to notice anything obvious.

Any other checks would be appreciated.
