windshield wiper motor removal on '89 240GL 200

Anyone done this one on theirs. I dont know how and cant find it when I used the search button. The windshield fluid also would not work but the relays and connections seems to work fine. Need this one badly inorder to pass my safety inspection. Thanks in advance.
