Throttle Body Cleaned, Car STILL runs rough 200 1980

For my B21F engine, I followed the FAQs. My car has had a rough idle for the two years that I have owned it. My timing and idle speed are fine. Last week, I cleaned a dirty throttle body and fixed vacuum leaks. The car still idles rough, defined as shaking at rest. What next?
