How to improve fuel economy? 900

I have a 93 945 with regina ignition. I seem to average about 20mpg??? Is this normal? How can I improve it if not? Wires/plugs/cap are all new as is the 02 sensor and air filter. I'm due for a fuel filter soon (don't think that hurts fuel economy).
