help help 240 mirror swap 140-160

I was just wondering has anyone swapped mirrors from their 140 with some of the 240 mirrors. I was hoping to put some from a later year 240 something similar to this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33649&item=2463676577 If anyone has any tips on how to do this swap it would be much appreciated. Or let me know if it can only swap to mirrors from the early 80s 240
