Loud SCREEECH for 30secs. after ignition 1991 740 700 1991

Hi There,

My 91 740 has began to screem/screech/howl for about thirty seconds after I turn her on, then she runs per usual.

This screech also happens during slow turns, like when I parallel park.

Any ideal what the problem can be??
