tubo and intercooler upgrade for a '91 240 with a B230F engine 200 1991

I'm looking to install a turbocharger and an intercooler on a B230F engine from 1991. First of all, I'm wondering if it's even possible. If it is possible, I'd like to know where I can find some good quality NEW parts to do this and whether I would have to make any mounts etc. myself. Second, I'd like to know if it's safe for my engine and by how much would I be reducing its lifespan.
