Fixed exterior back door handle, NOW interior handle very hard to open??? 200 1986

So I've repaired 2 of my 4 door handles on my 245 and the left rear handle works good on the outside but won't work without difficulty on the inside handle...

I've tried to look in at where the handle engages all the parts in the door and can't see anything obvious...

was wondering if anyone had experienced anything like this before and figured it out?
