Fuel injector rail has a plastic inline..?? 200 1985

I have a 1985 DL 240 series LH Jetronic 2.2 B230F engine and I need to put new o-ring seals on the injectors. I have a slight problem - I notice oon the fuel rail there is a plastic type tube going into it covered by a what appears to be a black outer protector hose. Cna anyone tell me how i can disconnect this "thing" from the fuel rail? Do i have to break it?
