steering wheel jerks 900 1991

Car runs great on smooth roads. But steering wheel jerks on uneven pavement. Recently replaced strut arm bushings with urethane, which helped a lot. Ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends ok. No slop in ujoint in shaft before rack. Where should should I look for something loose? Thanks, Bob
