Overdrive solenoid...hmmm 200

Ok so after reading other comments on my tranny problem and knowing the nature of the tranny I have (it has always been very smooth) I would 90% suspect the OD solenoid is bad or the wiring is bad. I read the FAQ about it, very informative, and want to know how many of the o-rings I will need and of what size to order from FCP. ( 1 small/1 large? )

Also, is it more likely the wiring is going to need replacement OR the whole solenoid?

I need some testimonials.
