Will all B230F Non Turbo Engines in 85-95 Cars For the most part exhibit the same symptons when timing belt off 1 tooth. 700

We would really appreciate your help.

In the process of replacing a timing belt on any non turbo b230f 85-95 240 740 or 940. If the belt is off 1 tooth will most of these models have the same symptoms. How will driveability be different from erring one direction verses the other direction.
