B 16 Water pump pulley 444-544

Any idea how the pulley is supposed to come off the water pump shaft on a B16B? Unlike later pumps that have the fan mounting holes in the shaft, the threads for the fan bolts on this pump are in the pulley itself. Therefore the pulley cannot just "float" on the shaft.

I looks like it may be press fitted onto the shaft. It also looks like some PO may have put a spot of weld between the shaft and pulley to hold the pulley on.

I need to rebuild the water pump because it leaks bad from the front end of the pump.
