Strange Problem with High Beams!!! 200 1985

Guys

I have been experiencing the following problem with my 85' 240.
Both Low Beam lights work just fine. However, when I switch to high beams the passenger side lights switch off and both lights on the driver side come on.(Highs and Lows).

Is this a relay problem or a wiring/bad connector problem.
