shimmys alittle at idle 700

here's one more proublem i havnt been able to figure out

at idle 740t kind of shimmys and the turbo guage moves up and down alittle, ever since i took it for a simple oil changing about 2 years ago its been doing that. the gauge never just sits still until i start moving again, i know it never did that before. i know the turbo box is missing a clip after a bad accident when the whole front grill and head lights were nearly ripped off. front end work has been estamated to cost around $1600 and i really dont have that kind of money, is there anything i can do myself? i am not that car addepted but i can do all basic maintenance (oil,front/back brakes, alternator,battery)but thats about it.

any advice would help here...
