Brand new Bilstein HD shocks are bad right out of the box 200

Playing around with one of the new struts just noticed that when you compress the shock the end hisses. tracking down the leak withs ome water didn't work... but when I stuck my mouth over the end of the shock and compressed the thing I could feel the gas come out of the end of the strut. These are BRAND NEW struts from planetperformance.com. Now I am probably going to be fukked over with shipping costs to get these things exchanged or something.

I hate this crap. Took 3 weeks to just get a plain tool from bilstien... now I find that there top of the line shocks leak brand new out of the box

Who do I contact about this? Will I be stuck with footing the shipping bill and crap to have them fixed through bilstein? Am I going to have to wait for a few more months just to get this dealth with?
