93 240.. cold start issue 200 1993

hello all,

93 240 ... runs terribly in cold weather till the car is warm..and then runs perfect.

replaced the flapper valve in the airbox & the ECU temp sensor at the back of the engine block under the intake runners... as everyone knows..this car doesn't have a cold start injector (or at least I don't think)
all hoses look good...
