Any engine additive that might heal the rear main seal? 200 1992

It's leaking. I'm not set up to pull a transmission, which means $$$ to a shop just to replace a stupid seal.

If anyone has had success with some kind of treatment that conditions the seals without adverse side effects, I'd sure appreciate hearing about it.
