Fan Reversal? 700

Hey lads,
I want to replace my viscous fan with an electric. My donor car still has it's electric auxilary fan on the front of the rad.
Can the fan be removed and reversed on the motor for pull duty instead of push duty? It would be great to not have to buy an aftermarket unit since I have this one sitting there.
